Meat Loaf
Meat Loaf is an impressive dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck, 1 lb. country sausage, 1/2 c. chopped onions, 1/2 c. chopped celery and 2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Thoroughly mix meats, seasonings, onions and celery.
Soak bread in milk; add eggs and Worcestershire sauce.
Beat with rotary beater.
Combine meat, egg mixture, bread crumbs and catsup.
Place in shallow pan.
Bake uncovered at 350Β° for 1 1/2 hours.
Baste with liquid in pan at 15 minute intervals.
