Meat Loaf
Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground sirloin or hamburger, 1 to 2 slices bread crumbs, 2 eggs, 1 pkg. lipton beefy-mushroom soup mix and 1/4 c. water, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Mix all ingredients except the catsup thoroughly.
Shape into loaf and put into loaf pan.
Spread catsup on top of meat loaf. Bake at 400Β° for approximately one hour.
