Meat Loaf
Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground round steak, 2 eggs, 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs, 3/4 c. ketchup and 1 tsp. accent, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, except the ketchup and bacon.
Mix thoroughly.
Put into loaf pan; cover with 3 strips of bacon.
Pour over all one (8 ounce) can tomato sauce. Bake 1 hour at 350Β°.
Serves approximately 6.
