Meat Loaf
Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 to 3 lb. chopped meat, 2 eggs, chopped fine, 2 small onions, 3/4 to 1 cup bread crumbs and 1 tsp. garlic, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.

Add to meat the eggs, onions, bread crumbs, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, poultry seasoning, milk and parsley flakes.
Mix well and shape in pan to get a nice slice when cooked.
Mix no-fat dry gravy with water and 1/4 cup vinegar.
Cover over meat about 1-inch in pan and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours at 350Β°.
Serve with baked potatoes and vegetable.
