Meat Loaf
Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. meat (all beef), 2 tbsp. chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste, 1/2 c. milk and 1 c. cracker crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Soften cracker crumbs with milk and let set 10 minutes.
Add egg to all of this which has not been mixed together.
Add a can of tomato paste or catsup on top.
Bake at 400Β° for about 1 hour.
