Meat Loaf
Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. lean ground beef, 2 tbsp. chopped onion, 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk, 3/4 c. oats and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine ground beef, 2 tablespoons chopped onion, evaporated milk, oats, salt and pepper in bowl; mix well.
Shape into loaf. Place in a 7 x 12-inch baking dish.
Mix Worcestershire sauce with vinegar, 3 tablespoons onion, water, catsup and sugar in bowl. Pour over loaf.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
Yield: 6 servings.
