Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 large onion, chopped, 1 8 oz. tomato sauce, 2 eggs and 1/2 bell pepper, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

Combine ground beef, onion, green pepper, tomato sauce and eggs.
Mix thoroughly.
Add enough crackers to absorb the liquid and make the mixture hold its form.
Pour into an oblong baking dish.
Cover with catsup.
Bake at 350Β° for 35 to 45 minutes or until done.
