Meat Loaf
Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can campbell's cream of mushroom soup, 2 lb. ground beef, 1 pkg. jimmy dean ground sausage, 1/2 c. fine dry bread crumbs and 1 egg, slightly beaten, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Mix 1/2 cup soup, beef and sausage, bread crumbs, egg, onion and salt.
Shape firmly into loaf (8 x 4-inch).
Place in a shallow baking pan.
Bake at 375Β° for about 1 hour and 15 minutes. In a saucepan, blend remaining soup, water and 3 to 4 tablespoons dripping from pan.
Heat and stir occasionally.
Serve on top of meat loaf.
