Meat Loaf
Meat Loaf is an easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground round, 1 lb. hot potter's sausage, 1/2 c. chopped white onion (optional), 1/2 c. chopped green pepper (optional) and 1 can hunt's meat loaf fixins, campbell's beefy mushroom soup or 1 can tomato paste and sauce, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Mix well ground round and sausage.
Add onion and green pepper, if desired.
Place in 1 (10 x 5 x 3-inch) baking dish or 2 (8 1/2 x 4 1/2 x 2 1/2-inch) baking dishes (loaf style).
Bake at 350Β° until top is well browned.
Drain drippings.
Flip loaf over in pan (bottom up).
Continue to bake until top is well browned.
Drain drippings.
Cut or slice into servings.
Top with either a can of Meat Loaf Fixins, beefy mushroom soup or tomato paste and sauce mixed.
Bake until topping is bubbly.
