Meat Dressing
Meat Dressing is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lbs. ground meat (1 lb. may be sausage if preferred), 2 small bags pepperidge farm stuffing, 3 c. boiling water, 4 chicken bouillon cubes and 1 c. chopped celery, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Packed with nutrients and delicious flavors.
Dissolve bouillon cubes in the boiling water, pour over stuffing crumbs and stir well. Saute celery & onion in butter until tender.
Add to crumb mixture.
Brown meat/pork and drain well.
Stir meat and the rest of the remaining ingredients into the crumb mixture.
If it seems too dry, add a little more chicken broth to moisten it.
Spoon mixture into a lightly greased 13x9x12 baking dish.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour or until brown.
Serve with traditional Turkey dinner.
