Meat Casserole
Meat Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground meat, 1 small jar chopped mushrooms, 1 c. onions, chopped, 1 green pepper, diced and 2 cans tomato soup, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Cook noodles according to directions.
Set aside.
Saute onions, bell pepper and meat.
Add soup, mushrooms and spaghetti sauce.
Layer Pyrex baking dish with half of noodles, half of sauce and half of cheese.
Repeat layer.
Bake for approximately 45 minutes at 350Β°.
Be sure it is hot and bubbly.
May use less cheese, if desired.
