Meat Casserole
Meat Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 pounds meat, cut in cubes, 2 cans golden mushroom soup or 1 can golden and 1 can regular mushroom soup, 1 pkg onion soup mix, 1/3 c. cooking sherry and 2 small cans mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Place cubed meat in bottom of buttered casserole.
Pour mushroom soup over meat.
Rinse cans out with water and add to meat.
Then add 1 pkg onion soup mix and cooking sherry.
Bake in 375Β° oven until almost done.
The last 1/2 hour of cooking add mushrooms and sour cream.
Serve on potatoes, rice or noodles.
