Meat Cabbage Casserole
Meat Cabbage Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. shredded cabbage, 3 tbsp. butter, 2 tbsp. soy sauce, 1/2 tsp. sugar and 1/2 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Melt 3 tablespoons of butter or margarine in a large Dutch oven.
Add cabbage.
Cook, stirring, until wilted.
Add the soy sauce.
Cover and cook for 15 minutes.
Add the 1/2 teaspoon salt and sugar.
Mix together by hand the meat loaf mixture or ground beef, 1 teaspoon salt, the flour, egg, pepper, chopped onion and milk.
In a 2-quart baking dish, alternate layers of cabbage, meat, cabbage, meat and ending with cabbage.
Dot with butter. Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour, uncovered.
