Meat Balls
Meat Balls is an impressive dinner. Made with 3 lb. ground beef, 1 lb. pork sausage, 3/4 c. fresh mushrooms, 1 large onion and 1 medium green pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Chop all vegetables small and put in a large bowl.
Add remaining ingredients except meat and bread.
May add salt, if desired.
Add meat and mix well.
Add enough bread cubes to hold meat balls together, 4 or 5 slices.
Make small balls.
Place on rack in shallow baking pan.
Bake at 350Β° for about 50 minutes, until brown.
Turn meat balls over once, halfway through cooking time.
