Meat Balls
Meat Balls is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground beef, 8 slices bread, 1 c. milk, 4 eggs and 2 medium onions, chopped, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.
π¨βπ³ Instructions
Mix meat with bread that has been soaked in milk, wrung dry and broken into small bits.
Add milk and eggs.
Saute onions in oil until tender.
Add with seasoning to meat mixture.
Stir in cheese.
Form into small balls and roll in flour.
Saute in oil in which onions were sauteed.
Fry until slightly browned and drop in Oregon Sauce.
Cook 1/2 hour or until done.
