Meat And 'Tater Pie is an moderately easy dinner. Made with pie crust for both top and bottom of pie pan, 1 lb. ground beef, 1/2 c. milk (add more if meat dry), 1/2 envelope dry onion soup mix (whole envelope can be used for more flavor) and dash of pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Prepare pie crust and line pie pan.
Combine meat, milk, dry soup mix, pepper and allspice.
Mix well.
Lightly pat into pastry-lined pie pan.
Top with potatoes.
