Mccartney Fudge
Mccartney Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 24 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips, 2 c. chopped nuts (optional), 5 to 7 oz. marshmallow whip, 1/2 lb. margarine and 1 tsp. vanilla, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A classic recipe that has been enjoyed for generations.

In a large bowl, mix semi-sweet chocolate chips, chopped nuts, marshmallow, margarine and vanilla.
In a 3-quart saucepan, mix sugar and milk.
Cook over medium high heat; stir constantly. When mixture boils, continue cooking 6 minutes.
Stir constantly. Pour ingredients in bowl; stir until chips dissolve and mixture is smooth.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch buttered pan.
Let set 6 hours or overnight.
Refrigerates well.
Let stand at room temperature for easy cutting.
