Mayonnaise Chicken
Mayonnaise Chicken is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large hen (3 lb.), 1/2 doz. eggs, boiled and mashed fine with fork, 2 c. celery, chopped fine, 2 envelopes plain gelatin and 1 c. chicken broth, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Boil chicken in water until done.
Mix chopped eggs and celery with mayonnaise.
Add Miracle Whip.
Soak gelatin in 1/2 cup cold water, then dissolve in hot broth.
Mix all ingredients together and place in Pyrex container or individual molds.
Refrigerate.
