Mayme's Boursin
Mayme'S Boursin is an easy dinner. Made with 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (regular or lite), 2 (4 oz.) sticks butter or margarine (regular or lite), 1/2 tsp. garlic powder and 1/4 tsp. each: marjoram, thyme, oregano, basil and cracked black pepper, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.
Soften margarine and cream cheese.
Whip until light and fluffy with mixer.
Add spices; whip an additional 30 seconds. Pour into bowl.
Refrigerate at least 8 hours to develop flavor. Serve with crackers or crisp bread.
