Max's Bread Pudding
Max'S Bread Pudding is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 stick butter, 4 eggs, beaten, 1 3/4 c. sugar and cinnamon to taste, 2 c. milk and 4 or 5 slices bread, torn into pieces, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

👨🍳 Instructions
Melt butter in Pyrex bowl.
Add eggs (well beaten), sugar, cinnamon, milk, bread and vanilla. Sprinkle top with more sugar and cinnamon.
Have oven preheated to 400°.
Put pudding in oven and immediately reduce heat to 350° .
Cook about 45 minutes.
