Matterhorn Bread
Matterhorn Bread is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 loaf rye bread, 1 stick margarine, 1 tbsp. mustard (prepared), 1/4 c. dehydrated onions and 1 tbsp. poppy seed, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Place a slice of Swiss cheese between every 2 slices of rye bread (sandwich style).
Combine softened margarine, prepared mustard, onions and poppy seed.
Spread over top of loaf.
Wrap in foil; bake for 18 minutes at 400Β°.
Serves 6 to 16.
Great appetizer.
Serve with Beef Stroganoff.
