Matt'S Mexican Surprise is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 lb. ground meat, 1 lb. velveeta cheese, cubed, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup and 3/4 bag corn chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Brown meat with salt and pepper; drain on paper towels.
Put in mixing bowl; add soups, milk and cheese.
