Add all ingredients to potatoes.
Place in greased 9 x 13 pan.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter and drizzle over top.

Bake, covered, at 350Β° for 40 minutes; uncover and bake for 20 minutes more.
Or refrigerate overnight; let sit at room temperature 30 minutes and bake as usual.
