Mashed Potato Bake
Mashed Potato Bake is an easy dinner. Made with 5 lb. potatoes, cooked and mashed, 1 c. sour cream, 1 large can durkee french fried onions and 2 c. cheddar cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine mashed potatoes and sour cream.
Place 1/2 in casserole dish; layer 1 cup cheese on potatoes and 1/2 of French fried onions on cheese.
Spread rest of potatoes on top of onions, then spread rest of cheese on potatoes, then onions.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
