Marzetta
Marzetta is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 1/2 lb. ground beef, 1 large onion, diced, 1 pkg. fine egg noodles, 2 cans tomato puree or sauce and 1/2 stick margarine, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Saute onion and mushrooms in margarine until golden brown. Add meat and stir until all is brown. Add tomato puree/sauce and simmer 10 minutes.
Cook noodles, drain and rinse.
Layer noodles, then cheese and then meat in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes (be sure heated all the way through).
