Maryland Crab Meat Au Gratin is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. crab meat, 2 c. medium white sauce, 1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice, 1 1/2 tsp. grated onion and buttered bread crumbs, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Mix together crab meat, white sauce, lemon juice and onion. Put into buttered casserole.
Top with buttered crumbs, paprika and cheese.
Bake in 375Β° oven for 20 to 25 minutes.
