Mary's Yeast Rolls
Mary'S Yeast Rolls is an easy dinner. Made with 1 qt. plus 1/2 c. warm water, 1/2 c. yeast, 1/2 c. sugar, 1/2 c. crisco oil and 1 dash salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A comforting dish that warms the soul.

Stir all ingredients together.
Add enough flour to make consistency of biscuit dough (about 3 1/2 quarts).
Put in a bowl and brush with butter.
Let rise until it doubles in size.
Punch down.
Pinch off into rolls.
Brush with butter and let rise again until it doubles in size, then bake.
Brush with butter when done.
