Mary'S Sauerkraut And Tomato Casserole is an easy dinner. Made with 1 lg. jar sauerkraut, 1 can diced tomatoes, 1/2 c. brown sugar, 2 c. bread crumbs and 1/2 c. melted oleo, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Cook sauerkraut until juice is evaporated.
Add tomatoes and brown sugar.
Pour into casserole.
Add melted oleo to bread crumbs.
Put crumbs on top of casserole.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes or until crumbs are browned.
May add wieners or smoked sausage cut into pieces if desired.
