Mary's Orange Carrots
Mary'S Orange Carrots is an easy dinner. Made with 2 cans mandarin oranges, drained well, 3 cans sliced carrots, drained well, 2 c. sugar, 1 stick margarine and 1 small can frozen orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. A crowd-pleaser that never disappoints.

Simmer sugar, margarine and orange juice for 15 minutes or until thickened.
Pour over carrots and oranges in casserole. Sprinkle with nutmeg.
Heat until bubbly and carrots are candied. (May be mixed the day before and refrigerated overnight.)
