Mix sugar, evaporated milk and margarine; bring to a boil. Boil exactly 8 minutes, stirring constantly.
Remove from stove and stir in remaining ingredients in order as listed.
(Make sure you add the Marshmallow Crème last and after all other ingredients are well blended.)
Pour into a buttered 9 x 13-inch pan; let set up. When hardened, cut into small squares.
