Mary'S Fruit Cake is an impressive dinner. Made with 2 c. crisco, 2 c. sugar, 3 c. flour, 12 eggs, separated and 1/2 c. orange juice, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Cream Crisco and sugar.
Add egg yolks, one at a time, and beat well.
Add liquids alternately with dry ingredients (except 1 cup flour).
Add stiffly beaten egg whites.
Fold in fruits and nuts that have been dredged in one cup flour.
Steam 3 hours and dry out in slow oven for 1 hour.
