Mary's Chicken Breast Casserole
Mary'S Chicken Breast Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 bag frozen veggies (broccoli, mixed vegetables or asparagus), 1/2 c. chopped onion, 1/2 c. chopped celery, 4 boned chicken breasts, quartered and browned and flour, salt and pepper (to dip chicken), this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Saute the onion and celery in margarine.
Put veggies in bottom of square casserole dish.
Put onion and celery on top. Layer browned chicken breasts on top, then pour soup on top. Sprinkle with cheese.
Bake at 350Β° for about 45 minutes.
