In saucepan, combine baking chocolate, butter and milk.
Bring to a boil.
Add sugar and cool.
Beat eggs; add to chocolate mixture.

Pour into 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish. Bake at 375Β° for 30 to 35 minutes or until done.
