Mary Alice's Chicken Casserole
Mary Alice'S Chicken Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 chicken, boiled and deboned, 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 c. chicken broth, 8 oz. sour cream and 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.

Put chicken in bottom of pan.
Mix sour cream, mushroom soup and onion soup; spread on chicken.
Crush one roll of Ritz crackers and spread on top of soup mixture.
Dot with oleo.
Pour chicken broth over crackers, then crush another roll of Ritz crackers and put on top.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 to 35 minutes.
