Marvelous Microwave Meat Loaf
Marvelous Microwave Meat Loaf is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1/2 c. milk, 1 egg, 1 c. fresh bread crumbs (about 2 slices of bread), 1 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef and 1 tbsp. instant minced onion, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Stir milk and egg together in a large bowl. Add bread crumbs and let stand several minutes to soften. Add remaining ingredients and stir with a fork to combine well.
Shape into a loaf in a 9 x 5-inch microwave-safe dish.
Place in microwave on Medium-high for 8 to 10 minutes. Turn dish and microwave for 11 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 150Β°.
Let stand 5 minutes and serve.
