Marty's Shrimp Casserole
Marty'S Shrimp Casserole is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 lb. cooked shrimp, 1 medium onion, chopped, 1/2 c. green pepper, chopped, 1 stick margarine and 1 large can chopped mushrooms, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Prepare rice according to directions on box.
Saute onion and green pepper in 1/2 stick margarine until onion and pepper are soft.
Add mushrooms.
Combine rice, shrimp, onion, pepper and mushrooms with 1 3/4 cans of cream of chicken soup.
Add 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce and 6 drops of Tabasco.
Mix cracker crumbs with remaining melted margarine.
Place rice and shrimp mixture in a buttered 13 x 9-inch casserole.
Top with crumbs.
Bake at 350Β° for 30 minutes.
Serves 8.
