Martha Washington Candy
Martha Washington Candy is an easy dinner. Made with 1/4 c. margarine, 1 tall can condensed milk, 1 box confectioners sugar, 1 lb. chopped nuts (approximately 2 c.) and 1 can flaked coconut, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Bursting with flavor in every bite.
Melt margarine, pour over nuts and let stand while mixing other ingredients.
Mix milk, sugar and coconut; then add the nut mixture.
Mix well and chill 2 hours.
Form into small balls and refrigerate overnight.
Melt 1/4 pound paraffin and 12 ounce package chocolate chips in double boiler.
Dip and place on waxed paper.
