Martha'S Torte is an easy dinner. Made with 8 egg whites, 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla, 1 tbsp. vinegar and 2 c. sugar, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Beat the egg whites, vanilla and vinegar until stiff.
Add the sugar, one tablespoon at a time, and beat until very stiff. Grease two 9-inch layer cake pans with oleo. Divide batter in each. Bake at 300Β° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
When cool, remove from pan.
