Martha'S Breakfast is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 lb. ground pork, 6 slices cubed bread (soft), 6 eggs, 2 c. milk and 4 oz. sharp grated cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Brown pork and drain, then crumble into 13 x 9-inch baking dish along with 6 slices of cubed bread.
Beat eggs, along with 2 cups milk.
Add grated cheese, salt and pepper.
Refrigerate, covered, overnight.
Bake at 350Β° for 1 hour.
You can also add mushrooms, green peppers or bacon or ham instead of sausage.
