Cook sweet potatoes tender, remove skins and mash. Add butter, milk, salt, cinnamon or nutmeg and paprika. Beat until free from lumps and fluffy. Fold in walnuts.
Turn into a greased casserole, cover with marshmallows and bake a moderate
(350Β°) until mixture is heated through and marshmallows are brown.
