Marshmallow Salad
Marshmallow Salad is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 large can crushed pineapple, drained, 1 lb. miniature marshmallows, 1/4 tsp. dry mustard, 1 c. pineapple juice and 1 tbsp. flour, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Ideal for meal prep and leftovers taste even better.

Mix pineapple and marshmallows and set aside.
Cook until thick the mustard, juice, flour and egg yolks.
Add lemon juice and cool.
Combine with reserved fruit mixture and whipped cream. Chill.
Chopped nuts and maraschino cherries may be placed on top.
