Melt butter.
Cream sugar into butter.
Add eggs, then stir in flour, nuts, vanilla and cocoa. Bake in loaf pan for 30 to 35 minutes at 350Β°. When done, remove from oven and cover top of hot cake with the package of marshmallows.
