Marshmallow Fudge
Marshmallow Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 16 lg. marshmallows, 1/4 c. butter and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.

Combine sugar, milk and marshmallows in a saucepan.
Cook and stir until sugar and marshmallows melt.
When bubbles cover entire surface, boil and stir over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Beat in butter, salt, chocolate bits and vanilla until chocolate bits are melted.
Add nuts, if desired.
Spread into buttered 9 inch square pan.
Chill until firm.
Cut into 64 squares and enjoy.
