Marshmallow Fudge
Marshmallow Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1/2 to 2/3 c. cocoa, 1 1/4 c. milk, 1/2 tsp. salt and 2/3 stick oleo or butter, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.

Combine sugar, cocoa, salt and milk.
Bring to rapid boil. Reduce heat and cook to soft ball stage.
Remove from heat.
Add vanilla, marshmallows and butter.
Blend well and add nuts.
