Marshmallow Fudge
Marshmallow Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 4 1/2 c. white sugar, 1 regular size can carnation milk, 4 to 6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips, 1/2 lb. butter or margarine and 1 jar hip-o-lite marshmallow crème, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Cook sugar and milk together for 9 minutes.
Time, after it starts boiling, stirring constantly.
Add hot mix to the chocolate chips, butter, Marshmallow Crème and salt.
Beat until smooth. Add vanilla and nuts.
Pour into greased pans and let set overnight.
Makes about 5 pounds.
