Marshmallow Crisp Brownies is an moderately easy dinner. Prepare brownie mix as directed in 13 x 9 inch greased baking dish.
Sprinkle baked brownies with marshmallows and return to oven for 3 - 5 minutes or until melted and golden.
Cool on wire rack.
In a saucepan, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter and butter over medium heat, stirring constantly until chips are melted.
Remove from heat and stir in cereal.
Spoon and spread evenly over marshmallows.
