Marshmallow Crème Fudge(Never Fail)
Marshmallow Crème Fudge(Never Fail) is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 3 c. sugar, 1 c. evaporated milk, 1 pt. jar hip-o-lite marshmallow crème, 1/4 stick butter or margarine and 2 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Simple to make and full of bold, satisfying flavors.
Bring sugar, milk and butter to a boil.
Cook to medium soft ball stage (236°), stirring frequently.
Remove from heat. Immediately add Marshmallow Crème, chocolate chips and nuts.
Stir until Crème and chips have melted.
Pour into 2 plates that have been buttered good.
Let cool; cut in squares.
Yields about 3 pounds.
