Marshmallow Crème Fudge
Marshmallow Crème Fudge is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. (8 oz.) marshmallow crème, 1 1/2 c. sugar, 2/3 c. evaporated milk, 1/4 c. margarine and 1/4 tsp. salt, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Great for entertaining guests or a cozy night in.
Combine in medium saucepan marshmallow crème, sugar, evaporated milk, margarine and salt.
Bring to full boil, stirring constantly over medium heat.
Boil for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat.
Add chocolate chips.
Stir until chips are melted and mixture is smooth.
Stir in nuts and vanilla.
Pour into greased pan. Chill in refrigerator until firm (2 hours).
