Marshmallow Cream Fudge
Marshmallow Cream Fudge is an easy dinner. Made with 2 1/4 c. sugar, 5 oz. marshmallow cream, 3/4 c. condensed milk, 1/4 c. butter and 1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. An easy weeknight meal that comes together quickly.
Three cups sugar, three-fourths cup Karo syrup, three-fourths cup cold water.
Boil until forms a stiff ball when dropped in cold water.
Beat the whites of two eggs very stiff.
Pour syrup over whites of eggs and beat until cold.
After beating awhile, add two cups broken walnuts.
Turn into buttered plate and cut into squares.
