Marshmallow Cheesecake
Marshmallow Cheesecake is an moderately easy dinner. Made with 1 c. graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 c. melted butter, 4 c. miniature marshmallows, 1/3 c. milk and 1 (8 oz.) pkg. philadelphia cream cheese, this recipe delivers authentic, satisfying flavors. Combine crumbs and margarine.
Press into bottom of a 10-inch pie pan.
Melt marshmallows with milk; stir until smooth.
Chill until thickened.
Combine softened cream cheese and vanilla, beating until well blended and fluffy.
Whip in the marshmallow mixture; fold in Dream Whip which has been whipped.
Pour half of mixture into crust.
Cover with pie filling; top with remaining cheesecake mixture.
Chill for several hours before serving.
